Kay also consults with larger companies on email marketing automation to reduce costs and improve personalisation. As well as helping companies to optimise their email marketing results, he organises email marketing workshops and is a speaker in the field of online marketing.

With a knowledge base that now spans nearly 15 years, he is a global e-mail expert and thought leader. Leading Return Path’s International Professional Services consulting team, Guy has worked with a broad range of clients across 5 continents to improve their email delivery, subscriber engagement and revenue generated. Outside of work, Guy is the Chairman of the DMA Email Council. Jack Taylor has worked for L'Oreal, Paul Smith, Universal Music and most recently a start-up betting exchange called Smarkets. At L'Oreal it was about loyalty and retention, at Paul Smith it was e-commerce and revenue, at Universal Music it was about high volume, high impact 'product' releases and at Smarkets the focus has very much been about customer journey flow.

Kristian is passionate about all things email, and is the Lead Email Developer at TWO Digital, a London based digital marketing agency specialising in B2B digital delivery. In 2015 he was listed in an article called '15 email designers to look out for', and was in Litmus’s ‘Top Email Design Thought Leaders on Twitter’. The 2016 has seen him appear as a guest speaker at Litmus TEDC, Email on Acid and Taxi for Email. This time his attention will turn to using progressive enhancements with CSS, considerations for creating a more user friendly experience in your email design, and how we can adapt user experience based on audience type and why it’s important.
