Kristian is the Senior Email Developer at CACI’s Email Studio in London. He likes to explore the boundaries of email and what is achievable, and while he still believes that email should be for everyone, but he also thinks that "just because Outlook is rubbish why should everyone else suffer?”Recently he has been blogging and creating concept builds such as ‘Interactive Christmas Trees’, 'Sonic The Hedgehog themed games’, and 'Alien Trilogy tributes' by "putting down the handbook and seeing where what happens”. In the last 12 months he has spoken on various topics at events from Litmus, Email on Acid, and Adobe. This time his attention will turn to Progressive Enhancement in email, what it is, why it’s extremely relevant to email right now and going forward.
Riaz is Co-founder of Radiate B2B, a pioneering B2B account based marketing consultancy transforming the way B2B marketing is delivered today. He scaled Silverpop, which set out the best practices for B2B marketing a decade ago and was the leader in B2B marketing automation and content marketing before it exited to IBM.He has sat on the DMA email marketing council helping to set the direction of the email marketing industry and the GDPR and ePrivacy regulations now being rolled out. He is chair of the Cass Entrepreneurs Network and regularly speaks, writes and judges awards in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

The largest project to date? 14 months working with worldwide operator DFDS Seaways managing all on-board marketing and communications for their five English Channel vessels and project managing the commercial signage re-brand of their two newest ships.
Phil Ireland, currently Head of CRM & Marketing Operations at WATT UTILITIES LTD. Phil has worked in various industries such as Retail, Trade, Energy, Charity and Education over the past 10 years, implementing eCRM strategies for SME and large enterprises. Passionate and very much in love with all things email, he has overseen companies generate millions in revenue for eCRM campaigns.

Sarah is a business coach who teaches and champions female entrepreneurs just starting out in the online, business space. After leaving her legal career Sarah started her first business, designing book covers for boutique publishers and self-publishing authors. This inspired her to begin her blog, Creative and Coffee, to help fellow, aspiring business owners leave their 9-5 and build their dream businesses. Sarah teaches monthly business Masterclasses to her ‘Coffee Club’ members, is the author of ‘The Creative’s Guide to Instagram’ and is known by her audience for being an expert in social media engagement.
